Wilder Horng Brawer is a founding partner and Chief Innovation and Learning Officer of Intune Collective, a strategy and human development-based management consultancy based in the San Francisco Bay Area that works with organizations navigating change and growth with humanity. She guides leaders to bring vision to life and people together in meaningful ways through executive coaching, experience design & facilitation, and somatic and inclusive practices. The results include a deeper sense of individual and collective clarity, alignment and purpose in the workplace and beyond.
Past clients include nonprofits and educational institutions, as well as tech startups in the biotech, healthcare, and agricultural sectors. Wilder also hosts a monthly Womxn of Color Empower Hour for BIPOC professionals, and has trained next generation leaders in facilitating civic discourse.
Inspired by and trained at the Stanford d.school, Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, IDEO, the Strozzi Institute, Google’s Search Inside Yourself program, and the MIT Presencing Institute, Wilder is also an alum of Seth Godin’s altMBA program and a believer in unleashing potential and limitless possibility. She’s raised three adult people and spends time with her puppy Mazlow, and plays drums in her local dive bar scene.
